How a request begins, what we need from you, and where our work stops.
What happens after I get in touch?
Three steps before any work begins.

We confirm the assessment type, the scope and the access required.

A mutual NDA where requested, then access granted in accounts you control.
What do you need from me?
Six things confirmed.
This checklist keeps you independent, from us and from any other provider. Tick what you already have.
What is outside managed operations?
Where our work stops.
If new features or a larger rebuild are needed, reLabs can take that work on while reOps continues to operate what is live.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Scope, ownership, and confidentiality. For other questions, contact us directly.
Send a questionDo you rewrite everything?
No. Most of the work is stabilizing the existing software: resolving the ranked list from the assessment, adding tests, deployment, and monitoring, and documenting how it runs. We recommend rebuilding part or all of it only when the assessment shows that fixing it would cost more than starting clean, and the decision remains yours.
Who owns the code?
You do. Your repositories, cloud accounts, domains, and secrets are held in accounts you control, and the work we do on them is yours. If the source code is not available to you, or it is unclear who holds the rights to it, we cannot take the work, and the takeover assessment checks both first.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We will sign a mutual NDA before we see your code, your systems, or your data, using your template or ours.
How is reOps different from reLabs?
reLabs builds new products, from a discovery sprint to a production system. reOps starts from software that already exists: it assesses, stabilizes, and operates it. If an assessment shows that a larger rebuild or new features are needed, reLabs can take that on while reOps continues to operate what is live.
Begin with an assessment.
One assessment tells you whether to proceed, fix, or rebuild.
